Did you know that not all Realtors can help you buy or sell mobiles in parks? As the Gaylord representative for Schmidt Mobile Home Brokers, I am here to assist you. I understand that faith and trust in a Realtor are very important when making major life decisions such as buying or selling a home. For that reason, I have included personal information so you can feel confident that I am here to help YOU. One of the greatest joys of this career is developing friendships that last well after the paperwork is final.
I grew up in Midland, Michigan. After graduating from high school, my parents moved here to Gaylord. I spent my summers living and working in Gaylord while I attended Central Michigan University. It was after my graduation from college that I returned to Gaylord fulltime.
I obtained my real estate license in the summer of 2004. Shortly thereafter, I joined Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors as an administrative assistant. I remained in that position until summer of 2005 where I left briefly to join an insurance company. After few months, I returned to the Schmidt office, but this time as a fulltime Realtor.
Besides my real estate classes and training, I am a Central Michigan University alumnus. I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree with a double major in French and English. I also attended a summer semester at l'Universite' Catholique de l'Ouest in Angers, France.
